Activity Contact Report
The following form is produced for the meeting selected and gives all the detail needed to supply to home contacts. As much of the form as possible is filled out automatically, but this depends on haveing all the information in the database to use.
The form can be printed or using the Tools->Office Links menu exported for use in a MS Office compatible word processor or spreadsheet.
