Attendance

The Attendance form shows All Activities taking place in a Calendar Month that either are being run by the groups selected in Misc -> Select Groups or which are marked on the Meeting form as Include in Programme for 1 of those groups. 

It also lists who has attended or is going to attend any particular activity and Adults may be included or excluded.

Clicking on a tick in the Activities line at the top opens the Meeting Details form for that Event.  It is however not perfect as it will only show the first activity and not all overlapping activities.  Overlapping activities can be seen on the Group Programmes form.

Clicking on any Member opens their Personal Contact Details.

Clicking on a square under any Date on which an Activity is occurring adds that Member to the Attendees List and shows a Tick.

Clicking on a Tick removes that Member from the Attendees List for that activity.

NOTE: If there are no Activities scheduled in the month then the Attendees list remains blank.
