Activity Contact Report
The following form is produced for the meeting selected and gives all the detail needed to supply to produce an Event Passport which can be printed and folded to match the official Scouting Association product as closely as possible. As much of the form as possible is filled out automatically, but this depends on having all the information in the database to use.
The form can be printed or using the Tools->Office Links menu exported for use in a MS Office compatible word processor or spreadsheet.
