Activity Fee

The Activity Fee form enables payments to be scheduled and if required can be associated with Activities and Events. New Payment Details are entered as Date, Payment Description and Amount in the fields at the Top of the form.

Reminder produces a page of reminder slips for everyone due payment.

Delete removes the displayed Fee from the database and unlinks it from any Activity.

Show. By default only outstanding fees are shown, those that have been marked as completed are hidden but all payments can be seen by clicking on Show. When an Activity or Payment is complete the Tick Box can be selected to hide old Fees. These entries are not deleted and can be seen if required by selecting the Show button.

Selecting the Link button displays the Meetings Select Form to enable an Activity or Event to be associated with this payment.  After an Activity has been associated with a Fee the button label changes to Activity. When viewing fees selecting Activity displays the associated Meeting form

Members due payment can be added individually or as a group by selecting the Add All Button.
