    Tracker is a database designed to help make administrating Scouting easier and includes facilities for managing:
     
    • Personal Details, Members Records and Parental Permissions.
    • Section Finances - when payments are due and who has paid and automated reminder forms. 
    • When Badges are started, completed and presented.
    • Achievements as Members progress towards Badges and Awards.
    • The Section Programme - What is planned and any associated costs.
    • Attendance - who is making the effort to attend.

    In addition Tracker provides:

    • Statistics and Reports covering everything from the Census to Moving-on.
    • Automated Record Cards for all Sections.
    • Event Passports, Nights Away Notifications and Home Contact Lists can all be produced automatically.
    • Programme Review - Look back at what’s been achieved and Zones covered.
    • Information can be shared through the import and export facility.
    • It can even warn if Birthdays are coming up or fall during a meeting.
    To navigate through this demo click on the buttons and Tabs on the pictures of the Tracker pages just as though you were using Tracker itself.  To start Click on the OK button on this picture of the Log-in form to open the Tracker Main Menu.

    User License: This database may be used and copied for Scouting purposes only. Users are asked to register for help on problems, and the incorporation of changes, new reports or forms and good ideas. In addition even though the cost of this program is already very low, currently £10, registered users receive upgrades at an even further reduced price. All money raised raised goes towards producing Tracker and supporting local Scouting.
