Meetings & Events - Zones & Attendees

The Zones and Attendees page of the Meetings form allows the User to quickly enter all the programme zones that the meeting covers.  It also provides the facility for adding the attendees to the meeting although this is generally easier and quick on the Attendance form.

All the information shown on this page is presented on the end of year Review Report and the Attendees list is used to automatically fill in the forms such as Nights Away, Parental Permisions and Activity Contact lists.
