Miscellaneous Functions

The Misc form contains a number of useful Database Management functions that don’t fit easily elsewhere.

• Edit Locations provides the facility to correct the spelling of location names or delete redundant locations.
• Edit Group Details is where additional informmation about a Group, Unit or Section is entered.
• Alerts allows a message and date to be set up to alert the User at stat up.
• Edit Appointments allows Local Appointments to be entered and changed or linked to Standard Appointments.
• Badge Stock is where the record of the number of badges in stock is updated.
• Options provides a varity of Tracker wide options and defaults.
• Statistics opens the statistics forms.
• Import and Export provide facilities for saving out Group, Programme and Personal details which can be imported to another Tracker Users database.
