Select Contact Group
The Select Contact form enables Personal Details to be filtered so that only those people that are the focus of the current activity are shown. This makes searching and viewing just the members of the Unit or Section much simpler as all the other people held in the database are hidden. To see everyone in the database Click on SELECT with all fields empty and Options set to All and Active Status set to Both. To add a new person just Click on Select and then use the * button at the bottom of the personal details form. Options field. Members are any member of the Scout Association who pays a membership subscription. Non-members are everyone else, such as helpers, associates, Parents or even Doctors. Active Status field. This is used to view active or non-active people i.e. those with the active box ticked or clear on their Personal Details page. The 3 drop down boxes allow the User to narrow down the people to be viewed by Group/Unit, Section or Appointment. Use Select to view the Personal Details form or Cancel to return to the Main Menu or Reset to take the form back to the default settings. |
