Select Multiple Groups

This selection form tells Reports and group related forms which groups to use when compiling information.

For instance if each Section in a Group has its own name e.g. 1st Nairn - Beavers, 1st Nairn Cubs etc, because they are managed separately by their Section Leaders then they can all be selected here to see the statistics for the whole 1st Nairn Group in 1 go. Similarly for all the Groups or Explorer Units in a District.

Clicking on the [+!] button beside a Group name will select or deselect that Group from the list and tick/untick its selection box. All selected Groups are shown at the top of the list otherwise they are shown in alphabetical order. The User can also use the Select All and Clear All buttons to toggle the whole list.

Details from all the Groups ticked will be included in the subsequent forms and reports.

In addition certain actions relating to the selected groups can be performed directly from this form these are: Statistics, Census, Form GR and Form DR or data Export.
