Select Reports
Tracker includes a number of pre-formatted reports. Clicking on a button displays the required Report or a form allowing input of details required for that Report.
Some of the reports need to know which Group you are requesting information on and will warn you if you do not select a name in the Group drop down box. Most reports now use the Misc->Select Groups list but if an individual group is required you will be prompted to enter it in the drop down box. Others, such as the Programme report also need to have a date range and will warn if correct dates are not entered in the boxes. Adults may be included or excluded from reports. As usual double clicking on a date box bring up a Calendar to ease date entry.
The following Reports are available:
- Activity Contact List - Produces a List of Attendees for passing to a Home Contact.
- Contact Details - Produces a list of Personal Contact Details for All Members.
- Programme - Produce Section Programme for required period. (NOTE: Click on button to see form)
- Achievements - Lists all Members Badges, Completed, In-progress and Awaiting Presentation.
- Census - Shows current membership details
- Permissions - Report of Outstanding Parental Permission forms.
- Moving On - Report Listing Members by Age.
- Event Passport - Allows an Event to be selected from the Meetings Select form from which an Event Passport is generated.
- Payments - List of All Outstanding Fees.
- Record Card - Produces a Personal Record Card.
- Review - Report showing the debrief for each event during the selected period, the zones covered and the people that attended.
- Progress - Report detailing all the ongoing Badge and Award work and how far each person has progressed.
